Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with your Vestember heated vest. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns work.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with the battery pack and all included accessories.

How to Start a Return

Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions on where to send the item back.

Who Pays Return Shipping

• Change of mind or wrong size ordered: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost (if any was charged).
• Damaged, defective, or wrong item received: we cover return shipping in full, and you can choose between a full refund or a free replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If your preferred size or color is unavailable, we'll offer a refund instead.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, your order enters processing and may already be with our fulfillment partner, so it will need to follow the standard return process once delivered.

Non-Returnable Situations

We can't accept returns on items that show signs of use beyond trying them on, have been washed, or are missing the battery pack or charging cable. This keeps costs fair for everyone, which is why we recommend double-checking the size guide before ordering.
