The 90-Day Warmth Guarantee

You have 90 days from delivery to put your vest to the test through real cold. If it doesn't earn its place in your daily routine, contact us for a replacement or a full refund of the product price — your choice.

How to start a return or exchange

• Reach out through our Contact page within 90 days of delivery with your order number.
• The vest should be in resellable condition with the battery pack included.
• We'll email you simple return instructions. Once we receive the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method (typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving it).

Wrong size or color?

Exchanges are easy inside the 90-day window — just tell us what you need and we'll sort it out.

Defects & the 1-Year Warranty

If a heating zone stops working or the battery fails under normal use, that's covered separately by our 1-year warranty — we'll repair or replace it free, even beyond the 90-day window. Contact us with your order number and a short description and we'll take care of it.
